The St Ives offering, set in the Meriton-built Loralea Gardens complex, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is 90 sqm internal space.
It has a north facing lush tree-lined outlook from its 13 sqm balcony that runs the full width of the Memorial Avenue unit.
The complex with landscaped gardens features a fitness centre with lap pool, spa and sauna.
Meriton Group project sales manager Jason Miao has the listing with $850,000 to $900,000 price guidance.
St Ives apartments have soared 47 per cent in price in the last five years, according to CoreLogic, with 8 per cent annual compound growth.
The median price for two-bedroom units is $895,000, with a 3.7 per cent rental yield.
Jedinak began his career at Sydney United, with his performances earning him a trial, leading to a contract, with the Central Coast Mariners.
The apartment was secured just after Jedinak left the Mariners to join Turkish club Gençlerbirligi.
Two years later the Camperdown-born midfielder moved to the English Premier League where he spent five seasons at London club Crystal Palace.
