No. 2 Mirrabooka Ave in Strathfield sold for $4.35 million.
A FIVE-bedroom home in Strathfield sold for $4.35 million over the weekend to record the biggest auction sale in Sydney for the week.
It’s not hard to see why, with the brand new house at 2 Mirrabooka Ave spread out across three levels and featuring quality finishes and a convenient location in the heart of Strathfield.

Lawrence Chong of Richardson and Wrench Strathfield had four bidders register for the 2pm auction, with bidding kicking off at $3.7 million.
There were three families all in contention, with Mr Chong describing it as a “very smooth auction”.
The buyers were a mix of locals and those from other regions, with the biggest attraction the prestige of living in Strathfield and the general size of the home.
The buyers are sure to love the kitchen.
“It sold in the vendor’s price expectation as they were realistic given the slowdown,” Mr Chong said.
“A good quality home in Strathfield being the prime inner west location always attracts buyers from everywhere.”
It last changed hands in March 2016 for $2.175 million.
