Stylish Brighton pad attracting local and overseas interest

Written by The ReReport

One of just two residences in a rare boutique block, this new Brighton pad is attracting interest locally and from overseas.

Kay & Burton Bayside selling agent Alex Schiavo said the luxurious home was completed at 13 Foote St within the past six months to mostly occupy one level — a layout that had made it popular with downsizers.

Buyers from Hong Kong and other parts of Asia were also eyeing the three-bedroom, three-bathroom property, with its own private pool, as a potential Melbourne base.

It has a $4-$4.4 million price guide for its expressions of interest campaign, closing December 18.

“It’s spacious and built to a very, very high quality,” Mr Schiavo said.

There are soaring ceilings and French oak parquetry flooring throughout.

Northern light streams into the vast living and dining area, which opens out to the pool and covered alfresco area.

The kitchen has a butler’s pantry and two self-cleaning Miele ovens, while the main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with heated floors.

A cellar, theatre room, library, three-car basement and private lift complete the package.
