Top-end properties expected to dominate Sunbury market in spring

Brad Teal’s Matthew Makin said the Oakdale Lane property attracted strong interest from buyers living locally and from out of the area.
“It is one of the best homes in the Rolling Meadows estate,” he said.
“More than 50 groups inspected it during the 18 days it was on the market and four offered to buy the home.”

A haven for family and friends.

The house has a wide return veranda and is nestled on a large allotment featuring park-style gardens with a tennis court, solar-heated saltwater pool, gazebo and a children’s playground.
“It is an entertainer’s paradise with a home theatre and stunning living areas,” Mr Makin said.
“It suits families wanting the ultimate country lifestyle.”

Relaxed indoor-outdoor living spaces.

The designer-style house showcases polished timber floors, high ceilings and a quality kitchen with a 900mm Ilve stove and Bosch dishwasher.
It comes with all the creature comforts including ducted heating, evaporative cooling, ducted vacuum and alarm.

The substantial country property in the coveted Rolling Meadows estate.

Mr Makin expected the property market in Sunbury to continue to power through to Christmas.
“There are a good number of quality homes coming on the market now, which will meet the growing demand for luxury lifestyle properties,” he said.
