Surfer Cahill Bell-Warren’s family home in the surfing mecca of Bells Beach has hit the market.
Growing up less than 3km to one of Australia and the world’s best surf beaches, it is no wonder Bell-Warren became a surfer.
His parents Neil and Jackie are now selling the family home at 50 Jarosite Rd with price hopes of $1.9-$1.95 million.

One Agency Torquay agent Shaun O’Callaghan said the family had been there since the 1980s.
“There is a good reason why they have been there for a long time — the tranquillity,” Mr O’Callaghan said.
“The house is really cool, it is not conventional but it has a really homely feel to it and sits beautifully in the environment.”
Bell-Warren, now the Torquay Boardriders Club president and Surfing Victoria coaching director, grew up on the 2.12ha property that has direct access to the Iron Bark Basin reserve and Surf Coast walk from the backyard.
The house was built by Bell-Warren’s dad and has a solid timber kitchen, open-plan living zone flooded with natural light, an open fireplace in the family room and a rumpus room with study above on a mezzanine level that has water views.
Two bedrooms, with built-in wardrobes, are found off the entry foyer and two more bedrooms, including the main bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and fireplace, are positioned at the other end of the house.

There are several sunny and shady spots outside to relax in plus extensive shedding with covered parking and a workshop.
Mr O’Callaghan said the property was close enough to everything, while being away from it all as well, surrounded by bush.
Further up Jarosite Rd, TV presenter Nicky Buckley has recently sold her family paradise for an undisclosed price. It was initially listed a year ago for $3.5-$3.7 million but had been reduced to $3 million.
