No. 20 Wolseley Rd in Point Piper is on the market with a price guide of $48 million.
NEWLY released data has revealed the prestigious Wolseley Rd in Point Piper as the most viewed street in NSW on realestate.com.au.
The eastern suburbs hotspot beat out Lalina Ave in Tweed Heads West and the main strip on Bondi Beach, Campbell Parade, with the data based on property views over the past three years and streets that had at least 10 listings.
Premium lifestyle locations make it easy to see why Wolseley Rd and Campbell Parade are so popular, but it is the unassuming Lalina Ave up near the Queensland border that is the most surprising inclusion.
It is easy to see why people would want to live on Wolseley Rd.

There is a huge disparity in house prices between the top three streets as well, with a five-bedroom home at 20 Wolseley Rd on the market for $48 million, while a four-bedroom home at 38 Lalina Ave will set you back just $469,000 — over 100 times cheaper.
The Bondi Beach record was recently smashed when James Packer sold his bachelor pad on Campbell Parade for $29 million. A three-bedroom apartment at 1/232 Campbell Parade is currently up for sale with a guide of $2.95 million.
By comparison, No. 38 Lalina Ave in Tweed Heads West has a guide of $469,000.
Agent Tup Curtis of RBR Property Consultants said the popularity of Lalina Ave could be put down to increased interest from both Sydney and Brisbane buyers, as well as its location close to the bush and the beach.
“We get a lot of Sydney buyers wanting to retire here because of the lifestyle and affordability who are buying now with the plan to move up later,” she said.
“It’s a very affordable area that is close to everything and has that bush charm.”
Being close to the bush is one of the reasons why it is so popular.
Realestate.com.au chief economist Nerida Conisbee said the recent announcement of the new Tweed Valley Hospital in Tweed Heads was also likely a major factor in why interest was so high.
“Any major infrastructure project has a big impact on people’s desire in certain regions,” she said.

This unit at 1/232 Campbell Parade in Bondi Beach has a price guide of $2.95 million.
Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty director Michael Pallier, who is the listing agent of 20 Wolseley Rd, said the eastern suburbs strip which is just around the corner from former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull “held the crown as the premier street in Australia”.
“It’s a very safe area and a lot of the homes have iconic views giving you the full Sydney experience,” he said.
“You won’t have a problem finding buyers it’s just a case of who is willing to pay the most.”
