89 Royal Pde, Parkville is on the market for $3.5-$3.85 million.

The “Rolls Royce” of renovations is up for grabs with this grand Parkville terrace.
Nelson Alexander Carlton North’s Shayne Mooney said the vendors had restored the 1880s property at 89 Royal Pde as a residence after buying it in the early 2000s when it was a dental clinic.
Their “superb” renovation and extension held up today, he said.

Contemporary flair meets period style inside the grand terrace.

The renovation took place in the early 2000s, but still holds up.

“Most people renovate and it looks quite nice,” Mr Mooney said.
“But this one is on a different level.
“It’s a Rolls Royce or Bentley in comparison to a Mercedes or BMW.”

The house was also extended by the vendors.

The double-storey, three-bedroom house is set to be auctioned on December 1 with a $3.5-$3.85 million price guide.
Set among a row of heritage homes on “one of the top boulevards in Melbourne”, the abode combines contemporary flair with period grandeur — the latter notably in marble fireplaces, decorative ceilings, Baltic pine floorboards and the ornate balconied facade.
