The neighbouring apartments, that have hit the market at the same time, at 109 McLeod Rd are within the Pier 1 complex which is home to 64 apartments. The complex has a communal gym and swimming pool and residents can have a hit of sky-high tennis whenever they like.

What an ace offering.

The complex at 109 McLeod Rd, Patterson Lakes also has a gym and pool.

Barry Plant Cranbourne director Richard Davis said the lucky buyers of No. 511 and No. 512 will have the chance to play tennis while taking in some spectacular views.
“There’s views of the You Yangs, Dandenongs, the city and the bay, plus it’s right on the canal,” Mr Davis said.
“For all that, they (the apartments) are sounding quite cheap.”
Apartment No. 511 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom pad with $550,000-$600,000 price hopes. Next door at No. 112 a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is seeking $650,000-$700,000.

Apartment No. 511 comes with $550,000-$600,000 price hopes.

While apartment No. 512 has a $650,000-$700,000 price guide.

Mr Davis said the luxury of a rooftop tennis court was something more commonly found at a holiday destination like the Gold Coast and was a first for the suburb.
“It’s a bit like being on holidays all the time.”
Mr Davis said having two neighbouring apartments for sale was also a rarity and offered the buyers a chance to buy one or both.
