A SUPERCHARGED garage space should have car enthusiasts scrambling to park themselves at a luxury property up for sale in Wandana Heights.

Not content with just one six-car garage, the owners of 43 Grosvenor Drive have added a second multi-vehicle garage and single carport.

There’s space to park up to 13 vehicles under cover at the impressive 1900sq m property, which has been listed for sale with price hopes of $1.4 million to $1.5 million.

For that price tag you also get a large outdoor entertainment area with a barbecue, pizza oven and wine fridge, a home theatre and separate studio-style dwelling.

McGrath, Geelong agent Ross Bywater said the six-bedroom, four-bathroom house was in a league of its own.

“The owners have only recently finished upgrading the property … they were not planning to buy (something else),” Mr Bywater said.

“The outdoor living area is really great.”

He said it was unusual to find garaging for 12 cars in Wandana Heights.

One of the six-car garages is part of a new-near separate building that includes a bedroom/home office with a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.

Multiple living areas are spread throughout the ground floor of the main house, with a central open-plan hub flowing out to a covered deck.

There are four bedrooms, including the main, upstairs with a separate wing housing a fifth bedroom and the theatre room with a private entrance.
