Stylish new development — 18 Macpherson St, Warriewood.

The first residents moved in to their new homes in the Sunland Group’s first northern beaches housing development just in time for Christmas celebrations.

About 30 contracts in the 40-home Warriewood townhome development known as 18 Macpherson St, settled before the end of the year, Lachlan Yeates, of Upstate said.

He said there were four brand new homes left to be sold in the development, which has been particularly popular with local buyers.

It is estimated that up to 90 per cent of the buyers to date — mostly owner occupiers — have come from the northern beaches area.

The homes have a striking facade.

Mr Yeates said there had been a last-minute rush to put the finishing touches to the properties so that residents could move in, but they had made it just in time.

“It was awesome, I’ve heard it was a great vibe there at Christmas,” he said.

The remaining four homes include two three-bedroom townhomes with price guides of $1.275 million, one three-bedder with a guide of $1.325 million, and one four-bedder with a guide of $1.5 million.

The homes are set over two levels and offer striking facades, with open plan kitchen, dining and separate living areas flowing out to private terraces.
