TWO weeks out from its auction, 7 Rushall St, Pymble, sold for $4.65 million to a young ‘upsizing’ family.
The strong pre-auction gamble was $150,000 above the price guide for the property.
There were four strong contenders for the five-bedroom designer Meadowbank residence, with Di Jones agent Tim Fraser spending last Friday negotiating an early sale, much to the vendor’sdelight.

Mr Fraser said despite headwinds elsewhere in the market, he was not surprised at the result.
