61-69 Navarre Rd, Curlewis sold to a young family.
A RURAL getaway in Curlewis was in high demand with young families keen to secure the lifestyle property out of town.
The 1.2ha property at 61-69 Navarre Rd sold for $950,000 to a Melbourne family that had been renting in Geelong while waiting for the right property to come up for sale.
RT Edgar, Barwon Heads agent Peter Lindeman said there was a lot of interest in this location as it was away from development hubs.
The inviting swimming pool is a highlight of the outdoor entertainment area.

“It is a good entry-level price to get into Curlewis now,” Mr Lindeman said.
“They will do a little bit to the house and I’m sure they will be very happy there.”
The house is positioned at the end of a tree-lined driveway that passes a small planting of pinot noir vines.
The house has a nice outlook
The mid-century house has three bedrooms, two living spaces and exposed timber beams supporting the ceiling and slate flooring.
The property also has an inviting swimming pool.
