Nineties kids take note — here’s your chance to finally go fully Round The Twist.

But you might need a magical wallet.

A clifftop property on the same street as the Aireys Inlet lighthouse filming of the much-loved television series centred around has hit the market for the first time in a century.

The 4 Federal St site was bought in the 1930s and split into two with the house now up for sale built in the 1980s. It’s one of few properties in the small Surf Coast town about 50km from Geelong that has nothing between it and the water.

Colliers International, Geelong agent Andrew Lewis said the view was “absolutely amazing”.

“It is all about the view, I have never seen anything like it and I think it is better than the view from the lighthouse,” Mr Lewis said.

Mr Lewis said it had been passed down through generations but the time had come to sell it.

“It is a basic and easy to live in home, our expectation would be for someone to redevelop the block and build a new home like they have done next door,” he said.

The 1002sq m site, which is also in the same street as one of former Geelong Football Club president Frank Costa’s houses, has private access to Sandy Gully Beach at the bottom of the cliff and has uninterrupted views to the east.

Offers close on February 8 at 3pm. Price hopes are $3 million to $3.3 million.
