The development site sits 1.5 kilometres from the Castle Hill town centre and is in close proximity to the future Sydney Metro station.
The size of each building has been carefully planned so as not to disrupt the flow of the surrounding neighbourhood.
“The scale and the bulk of the proposed development has been carefully treated to address each adjoining house in a case-by-case basis” architectural plans stated.
Amenities to be added to the site for residents include a wellness centre, consultants’ rooms, café, a la carte restaurant, lounge areas, library, gym, hair salon, and a cinema.
Marchese recently partnered with RetireAustralia to develop a new retirement apartment project in Brisbane suburb Lutwyche.
